cm44 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the cm44 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cm44 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings. No verbal or written communication from any cm44 representative shall modify or supplement these Terms unless such modification is formally published in an updated version of this document.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by cm44, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, RNG-based casino games, slot machines, Pool Rummy, the Voucher top-up system, and any promotional or bonus offers. Where a specific product or promotion has its own supplementary terms, those supplementary terms apply in addition to — and, in the event of a conflict, shall take precedence over — the general Terms set out in this document.

Use of cm44 is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any bet, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. cm44 is strictly an 18+ platform. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation, whether or not that organisation is engaged in professional gambling activities.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with cm44 or any other gambling operator that would prohibit your participation.
• Participating in online gambling is not prohibited by any law, regulation, or statute applicable to you in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You have not been diagnosed with, nor are you currently being treated for, a compulsive or problem gambling disorder that would make your use of the Platform inappropriate.

cm44 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time, including before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period stipulated in the verification request will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full range of cm44 products and services, you must register a player account. Account registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly whenever any of it changes.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on cm44. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same mobile number, the same bKash or Nagad wallet, or any other shared identifier — is strictly prohibited. cm44 uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Any winnings derived from the use of duplicate accounts may be forfeited at cm44's sole discretion.
• The player's primary account may also be suspended pending a review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact cm44 support immediately at [email protected] or via in-app live chat.

cm44 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close or suspend accounts at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

cm44 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though cm44 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to unusually large single deposits.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your cm44 account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• cm44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account (bKash wallet, bank account, card) registered in the same name as your cm44 account. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• Funds deposited into your cm44 account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within the account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's withdrawal support. Where this is not possible, the player will be required to verify an alternative method.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds until the verification process is successfully concluded.
• cm44 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside cm44's control.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval; bank card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.

cm44 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual offer. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

The following general rules apply to all bonus and promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet any criteria specified in the offer (such as minimum deposit, game type, or promotional period).
• One bonus per player: Unless a promotion explicitly permits multiple claims, each player is entitled to claim a given bonus offer only once.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. As a general guide, wagering requirements on cm44 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, though this varies by offer.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Full game contribution tables are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the offer validity window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified timeframe, will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bonus bet: While bonus funds are active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is ৳1,000 (or the equivalent in the relevant market). Bets placed above this threshold during a bonus-active session may be voided at cm44's discretion.
• Abuse and collusion: cm44 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where it identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion between players, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to circumvent the fair application of promotional terms.

cm44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour commitments already made to players who have validly claimed a bonus before the modification. All bets and game rounds placed on cm44 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific, market-specific, or game-specific rules published in the relevant product section of the Platform.

Sports Betting:

• All sports bets are final once confirmed. cm44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where cm44 itself has made a manifest error (see below).
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules specific to that sport and market as published on the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, stakes will be returned to the player.
• cm44 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, where it determines that the integrity of the market may be compromised.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per day are subject to limits published in the relevant sports section. cm44 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any player on any market.

Casino & Slots:

• All casino games and slot titles are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates using certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited for fairness.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. cm44 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side technical issues such as internet disconnection.
• Progressive jackpot values displayed are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual jackpot at the time of a triggering event due to real-time aggregation across the provider's network.

Manifest Errors:

Where cm44 makes a manifest error — including, without limitation, displaying incorrect odds due to a technical fault, offering a bet that should not have been available, or settling a market incorrectly — cm44 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and, where funds have already been credited, to recover those funds from the player's account. cm44 will not be liable for any losses suffered by a player as a result of a manifest error, and will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cm44 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with cm44.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player when under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated activity to claim bonuses multiple times or to circumvent the fair application of wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker, or rummy to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner that is not entirely manual.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds between cm44 and other operators, or between cm44's own markets, to guarantee a risk-free profit at the expense of the Platform's commercial viability.
• Hacking and tampering: Attempting to access, probe, or exploit any vulnerability in cm44's software, infrastructure, or game logic.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate gambling entertainment.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards cm44 staff or other players via any channel.

cm44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or source-of-funds verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the player, processed in line with our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A third-party request from a recognised gambling harm organisation or court order relating to the player.
• Extended account inactivity (an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳50, with advance written notice to the registered email address).

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your cm44 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via in-app live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 months of continuous inactivity. Before any dormancy fees are applied, cm44 will send at least two written notifications to the registered email address at 30-day intervals. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.

Disputes: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, please contact [email protected] with full details of your concern. We aim to respond to account dispute cases within 3 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter through the alternative dispute resolution process described in your account dashboard.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where cm44 operates. By using the Platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cm44's internal dispute resolution process.
